The Crockpot Chicken Teriyaki

Need:

1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts
2/3 cup soy ginger sauce
16oz bag of frozen stir fry vegetables

Optional if making freezer bag: 1 gallon-sized freezer bag

Do:

Cook in crockpot for 8 hours on low; shred if you want to; served best on rice.
