The Crockpot Beef Fajitas

Need:

2-lb boneless beef chuck shoulder roast
1 small yellow onion, peeled and sliced
2 cloves of minced garlic
1 TBSP honey
1 TBSP apple cider vinegar
1 TBSP chili powder
2 TSP cumin
1 TSP paprika
1/4 TSP crushed red pepper flakes

Optional if making freezer bag:1 gallon-sized plastic freezer bag

Do:

Put everything into the crockpot and cook on low for 8 hours; shred the beef and serve on tortillas or rice. IF YOU MADE FREEZER BAG make sure to let it thaw in the refrigerator over night before cooking.
