What you'll need:
2 cups flour
1 3/4 cups sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
4 tablespoon cocoa powder
1 cup water
1 tablespoon margarine
1/2 cup salad oil
1/2 cup buttermilk
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 large eggs
11x16x1 (jellyroll) pan
What you'll do:
Preheat oven 375 degrees.
Mix together flour, sugar, salt, and cocoa. Put dry mixture aside.
Bring to a boil the water, margarine and salad oil.
Pour hot mixture over dry mixture and beat until creamy.
Add buttermilk, baking soda and eggs.
Beat mixture and bake in greased pan for 18 minutes.
(Use marshmallow based frosting on top.)
