The Thinny Panacukas

Why do we call these thinny panacukas? There is no good explanation.  Basically they're like a crepe and pancake hybrid. Feel free to fill with sugar, cinnamon & sugar, or any combo with syrup. 

1 egg
2 tablespoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup milk
1 cup flour
2 tablespoons melted butter

Mix all of the ingredients together with a whisk or electric mixer. Grease a pan. Cook on each side until golden brown.  (The first one or two will be greasy looking but the rest will be golden.)
