The Cantonese Chicken Dump

I am in love with this freezer bag to slow cooker meal.

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/2 cup ketchup
1/4 cup melted honey
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 Tbsp. lemon juice

Cooking instructions:

Thaw. Bake at 350° for one hour or in the crock pot on low for 4-6 hours.
